Insert Keystroke Command

This command is used to automate the typing of keystrokes in an application.

Components of Insert Keystroke:

• Select Window - Select the title of the application in which you want to type keystrokes. You can insert a variable here by pressing the function key 'F2'. You can opt to insert either User (Local) variables or Credential Variables.
• Keystrokes - Type (or cut/paste) the text you want inserted when the task runs. To insert special keystrokes such as Control, Shift, or Tab, click the button in the Special Keystrokes box.
• Insert Variable - Type text which stores in variable.
• Encrypt Keystrokes - To prevent your tasks from being altered by unauthorized users. This option hides sensitive information or passwords that are typed using the Insert Keystrokes command. When you select this option, special keystrokes hides automatically.

• Delay - To define typing speed. The default value is 0 ms.

Insert Mouse Click Command

This command is used to automate the mouse click in an application.

Components of Insert Mouse Click:

• Select Window - Select the title of the application in which you want to type keystrokes. You can insert a variable here by pressing the function key 'F2'. You can opt to insert either User (Local) variables or Credential Variables.
• Capture - Click in the window in the location where you want to insert the mouse click.
• Mouse Position - It will auto populated once you capture the location.
• Title - Specify the title of application/window.
• Delay - To define mouse click speed. The default value is 0 ms.

Note - Optionally you can add advance view of the mouse click like Which button you want to click, types of Events and Relative To.

Insert Mouse Move Command

This command is used to automate the movement of mouse in an application.

Components of Insert Mouse Move:

• Mouse Position(From) - Capture the mouse position from where you want to move.
• Mouse Position(To) - Capture the mouse position where you want to move.
• Delay - To define mouse move speed. The default value is 0 ms.

Insert Mouse Scroll Command

This command is used to automate the scrolling mouse in an application.

Components of Insert Mouse Scroll:

• Scroll Option - Specify the direction of mouse scroll. Up or Down.
• Scroll Iterations - Specify the number of iteration of mouse scrolling.
• Delay - To define mouse scroll speed between each iteration. The default value is 0 ms.

Components of SQL Query :

• Session Name - Specify the name of session.
• Enter Select Query - Specify the SQL Query to get the data from the database.
• Maximum number of records to fetch - Specify the number of Rows want to fetch from the database.
• Timeout for the Query - Specify the timeout to get the data from the database.
• Export data to CSV - Select this option and specify the filename with path, if you want to get data into a file.

• Session Name - Specify the name of session.
• Enter Insert/Update/Delete Statement - Specify the Insert/Update/Delete SQL statement to do operation in database.
• Timeout for the Query - Specify the timeout to do operation from the database.

Components of Run Stored Procedure:

• Session Name - Specify the name of session.
• Procedure Name - Specify the procedure name you want to execute.
• Add Parameter - Select this option if procedure contains parameter. Specify the name of the Parameter, parameter's value and parameter type.
• Export data to CSV - Select this option and specify the filename with path, if you want to export data from the Stored Procedure.
• Timeout for the Query - Specify the timeout to run SP.

Active Directory Command

This command is use to manage your Active Directory and create, delete, and modify users.

Sub-commands

• Create User - This command is use to create a new user in the location specified in the Active Directory connection string.
• Modify User - This command is use to modify or rename existing user in Active Directory.
• Create Group - This command is use to create user group in the Active Directory.
• Modify Group - This command is use to modify an existing group in the Active Directory
• Create Object - This command is use to create a new object, either for Computer or for Organization Unit, in the Active Directory.
• Modify Object - This command is use to modify an Object in the Active Directory.
• Search - This command enables you to search the Active Directory for users of a group or run a query on the Active Directory.
• Get Property - This command enables you to retrieve a specific property value for an object to a variable.

Components of Create User sub-command:

• Parent Path - Select or enter LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) path to establish a connection with the Active Directory.
• Login User/Login Password - Provide username and password.
• Enter New User Details - Enter all the details of the new user like username, password, email etc.
• User must change password at next logon - Select this option, if you want user must change their password in first login.
• User cannot change password - Select this option, if you want user never change their password.
• Is Active - Select this option, if user status is active.
• Password never expires - Select this option if user's password never expires.

• Select User Action - Select an option from dropdown, which you want to perform on existing user. Available options are:

  • Disable User Account
  • Update User Account
  • Update Account Options
  • Change Password
  • Set Property
• Enter Modify User Details - This option change dynamically based on User action. Fill the details in available field(s) to perform the action.

• Parent Path - Select or enter LDAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) path to establish a connection with the Active Directory.
• Login User/Login Password - Provide username and password.
• Enter New Group Details - Enter the group name, group description, Group scope and Group Type. Available group scopes are - Domain Local, Global and Universal. Available group type are Security and Distribution.

  • Get All Users Of a Group - This option is use to find all users that are members of a group and stores them in a list variable.
  • Run Query - This option is use to specify an Active Directory query and run it. The query results are stored in a list variable.
• Object Name/Query - Enter the Group name or query of Active Directory to fetch the details.
• Return Type - Select Object Name or LDAP path.
• Assign Value To Variable - Select a List variable where you want to store the output.

• Login User/Login Password - Provide username and password.
• Select Action - Select an option from dropdown, which you want to perform. Available options are:

  • Organizational Unit
• Enter Modify Details - This option change dynamically based on User action. Fill the details in available field(s) to perform the action.
